Starting with the dense, low and twisted polypropylene yarn that has been solution dyed making Development durable and easy to clean. On the bottom is the modified Bitumen PVC free backing which provides a moisture resistant surface.

Carpet tiles, compared to standard rolled carpet, are much easier to install and our Development carpet tiles are the perfect size for handling (19.7” x 19.7”). Although carpet tiles are primarily applied in commercial settings, they are becoming popular for residential spaces.  We offer flexibility and interesting design options by simply mixing colors or the orientation of the tiles.

With Development carpet tile you are getting the next generation of styling, colors that vary across each tile from warmer to cooler and lighter to darker. Development can be installed in at least 4 different ways creating different visual patterns.
