The Rainier Condominiums faced the site-specific challenge of being on the waterfront of Point Ruston. The engineered hardwood that their former contractor used was prone to damage and unable to hold-up to the environmental challenges of the site. As recommended by our TAS Contract team, Raintree Waterproof Hardwood was selected to use because of it’s greater durability and capacity to withstand environmental damage due to it’s waterproof nature.
